We don’t like to think of ourselves as a gym but rather as a team of expert trainers who all share a common goal. Our goal is to help you achieve the level of fitness that you desire. It is very difficult to get out of a fitness slump. Everyone is unique, and by recognizing this fact we are able to accommodate each of our members in a more effective way than the traditional gym.
One of the easiest things to do is come up with excuses. People think they don’t have enough time to regain their health. Each of our sessions are just 45 minutes long. We know that you are busy and we want to help. People will try and save money by going to a traditional gym. These gyms are solely focused on profits and are betting that you wont even show up. Habitat Health and Fitness is a group of experts who truly care about helping you reach your goals. Meet Expert Trainer and Owner Brandon Roggow
Habitat was born out of a passion to change lives. I was a personal trainer for years and wanted to help even more people. We created group training to allow for more people to train with us at once. This I found very effective because of the strong communities that were formed during these training sessions.
We are driven by the passion. We are driven to help as many people as possible. Our solutions are far cheaper than any personal trainer. You still get the same expertise and value with Habitat. We have plenty of classes so we can fit seamlessly into your schedule. Now is the time to take control of your health. We are experts at training all fitness levels. Every workout can be modified to accommodate injuries. Our training programs can help you recover and avoid pain in the future.
After 10+ years serving the Winter Haven and surrounding areas, we are looking forward to the next 10 years.
